Western Lane Community Foundation is governed by a nine-member
volunteer Board of Directors. Members generously serve three-year
terms and represent a cross-section of community businesses and
professional leaders. Nominations to serve on the Board are made by
the mayors of Florence and Dunes City, the chairperson of the
Mapleton and Siuslaw School Districts, the Florence Rotary Club, and
the board itself.

WLCF has a volunteer support staff consisting of an executive director,
public relations director, bookkeeper and office administrator. WLCF
maintains office space in downtown Florence.
